The amazing twin sisters just celebrated their 100th birthday at Lenchford Inn, a place where they do their lunch most Fridays.
Born on November 20th, 1916, Irene Crump and Phyllis Jones spent a 100 years together in Stourport, Worcs, district of North Worcestershire, England.
Born just 25 minutes apart, the twins attended the same school. They even joined the same job at Steatite Porcelain Products. They showed this memorable picture of their childhood in an interview to BBC.
They revealed the secret to a long and healthy life. The twins said hard work and good food is the key.
“Hard work and good food is our secret, that’s all I can put it down to”, said irene.
